What to Expect

Sessions

  • I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation with prospective clients, to see if we might be a good fit for working together.

  • The first session is an intake session. During this first session, I will be gathering background information on your personal and family history and will be assessing for various risk factors that will help me to have a well-rounded picture of you as my client so that I can create a treatment plan best suited to your individual therapy goals.

  • All sessions are 53 minutes in length.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid full session fee being charged. The missed session fee is not covered by your insurance plan so please be aware that it will be up to you to cover the cost of a missed session.

  • Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in a canceled session and fully charged session fee.

Fees

  • Individual Telehealth Sessions:

    • Up to $250 for Intake sessions.

    • $183 for telehealth and in-person sessions (53 minutes)

    • $240 for hiking therapy sessions (50 minutes)

Self-Pay

  • For self-pay clients, I can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement

  • Fees for cash-pay clients and co-pays for insurance may be paid by cash, check or Visa and are due prior to each session.

  • I offer a sliding scale as needed for cash-pay clients.
